The Mothers’ Union cordially invites you all to their annual dinner to take place in the church hall at 6.30pm on Thursday 19th November 2026.  As many of you can testify, this is an opportunity to get together over a meal, which is provided by external caterers, and to take time to get to know new friends or catch up with old ones. We hope you will join us. The cost will be £25 per head. Please see Elizabeth Brown elizabeth.8mr@gmail.com 07979 770213or Dorothy Frankland d.frankland166@icloud.com 07530 813191 to sign yourselves up and make a menu choice (all dietary requirements can be catered for).

Appeal for Christmas gifts for women in local refuges

We plan to provide gift bags for the women in local refuges. These all need to be identical so we are appealing for cash donations towards the cost. Please give any donations to Jackie or Elaine by the end of November.

Heaton Churches Together Socks & Chocs Appeal

There is a box at the back of church for any donations for all those who use the People’s Kitchen. Scarves, hats, gloves, socks, warm underwear, toiletries and sweet treats would be welcome any time before 5th December! Thank you!
