YVETTE'S ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD

Warmest congratulations to our curate Yvette Daniel who was ordained to the priesthood on Saturday 3^rd July at St George's Jesmond.

The next day Sunday 4th July Yvette presided at the Eucharist for the first time at St Francis Church. The Preacher was The Reverend Dr Carlton Turner one of Yvette's tutors at The Queen's Foundation in Birmingham where she trained for ministry. You can watch the service on our YouTube Channel

We were able to enjoy cake and fizz on the church field afterwards and she was presented with cards, gifts, flowers and a substantial cheque. To see some pictures please click here
